1. How long is the warranty for the machines? +
The warranty expires one year after the machines are shipped which excludes wear and tear, accidents and improper use.
2. Could I go and see the actual machines on sites? +
Definitely. Please send us an email or inquiry on the official site specifying the model and date.
3. If we had no experiences operating a machine, would there be a training or tutorial? +
Yes, we will provide a copy of the operation manual. If there are any questions along the way, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist over a call or video.
4. Are there any pre-owned machines available? +
Most machines are built with specific options by customer requests, so they are all newly built. We do not buy back machines at the moment. Please feel free to contact us if there’s any inquiry regarding machines.
5. What are the service and resources available for product expansion? +
